Kyle is a partner with Burress Law. He provides clients with his expertise in the preparation and trial of catastrophic personal injury cases. Born and raised in Central Texas, Kyle obtained his undergraduate degree from Concordia University in Austin, Texas. Kyle went on to earn his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. While attending St. Mary’s Law School, Kyle clerked for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, the highest criminal court in the State of Texas. Kyle has more than 13 years of experience litigating and trying cases in federal and state courts throughout Texas. He has extensive experience in cases involving insurance disputes, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, construction defects and business disputes.
